We provide sanitary, efficient removal and recycling services to the food and feed manufacturing industries nationwide.
General Manager (GM) experience with complete hands-on management of plant operations, transportation and customer service control of the facility, looking for STRONG tenure, and there is no relocation - local talent only.
Serving as a positive and motivating leader of a yet to be hired team of managers and hourly employees--new worksite.
You will also have opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
This position will ensure manufacturing / on-time delivery activities in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective manner.
The successful candidate will manage personnel/office staff, as well as interface with various departments and customers.
Hand-on grain or feed manufacturing, customer service and on-time delivery are keys to success.
Requirements:
Must have 5-years of experience with current employer, professional employment tenure is required.
