0 Quick Apply Full-time 17 hours ago Full Job Description Qualified applicants can be working within the week! Our resin manufacturing company is seeking a 2nd shift (5pm-5am) English/Spanish bilingual Production Operator to facilitate the manufacturing of resin.
Operators will be responsible for staging, prepping, loading, cooking, sampling, testing, and offloading finished products.
Production operators also ensure machinery, and reactors operate adequately.
We are looking for experienced, energetic, and dynamic laborers who can perform in a non temperature controlled plant working environment seeking to progress with an industry leader to take our company to the next level in terms of quality, and environmentally safe products.
This is a physically demanding position.
Blending experience is a plus, as is experience working with chemicals.
Operators must be able to move up and down stairs multiple times throughout the day and be able to routinely lift 55lbs.
This position is on a rotating schedule to include every other weekend.
All interviews are conducted on site to include a facility tour.
Interviews are conducted Mon-Fri 9am-4pm.
Available dates and times for interviews must be provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Starts production machinery at beginning of shift Load reactors with materials in various stages Monitor and observe production lines to ensure the flow of production is not interrupted Monitor control boards that control production temperatures to meet specifications Perform sampling and testing to ensure products meets specifications Ensures the production area is clean and free of debris Responsible for moving materials from warehouse to production areas Adheres to safety guidelines in the production and handling of materials in a factory Ensures that production deadlines are met Reports issues or problems to immediate Team Lead or Supervisor Completes production daily tasks as required Qualifications and Education Requirements High School diploma or GED required Ability to speak, read and write in English and Spanish Bilingual (English/Spanish) Attention to detail Strong communication skills General math 3-years' experience in factory, plant, foundry, mills, manufacturing, or related Experience operating machinery or equipment Must pass drug and background Job Type:
