Type Contract 12 months Location Mooresville Indiana Job Description Technical support lead for Blue Yonder WMS applications across MedTech Supply Chain 5 years of working experience in an IT environment building/supporting applications (preferred).
3 years of Blue Yonder WMS functional/support experience (preferred)Lead a team of support analysts.
Planning, supporting, and deploying Warehouse Management Systems Lead, align, and collaborate across organizational boundaries (e.
g.
project teams, functions, and partner organizations) without direct authority.
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
Work with business partners to automate and ensure reliability of BY WMS services.
Required to stay/relocate to onsite Mooresville, Indiana.
Familiarity with ITSM, Incident management, Problem management processes required.
Excellent troubleshooting, collaborating and communication skills required.
Experience creating training and support documentation while identifying clear opportunities for improvement.
People management skills required to manage onsite and remote team members.
